Parties Provider of Legal Services Client
Scope Services The Provider agrees to provide legal services related to health law, including but not limited to regulatory compliance, litigation, and contract negotiations. The Client agrees to engage the Provider for legal representation and counsel in matters related to health law.
Terms Engagement The Provider shall bill the Client at the agreed-upon hourly rate for all time spent on the Client`s legal matters. The Client shall pay invoices timely as in payment terms.
